STATHORI DAIRY – THE FIRST REPAIRABLE CHEESE DAIRY.
During your visit to our dairy you can watch the production process of our traditional products through a specially designed area and be introduced to the flavors of fine cheeses, excellent monastic wines of Mount Athos and the local handmade beer of Ierissos, Seven Seals. Come and learn about our history and the way the largest goat cheese in the world was produced in 2010 and was awarded by Guinness World Records. Come and taste our goat cheese, traditionally made in a chantilly called PETROTO, ARISTOTELYON made from goat's milk but also the yellow goat's milk cheeses such as Agiotiri, RIGANATI gruyere etc.
